• Pattaya Coral contracts mention the minimum selling rate and net rate of tours, activities, and attractions. These rates can be obtained via our B2B portal or Excel sheets provided on request.
• Our description sheets and B2C website provide detailed itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and sightseeing information for tours, activities, and attractions.
• Hotel rates are currently under process and can be obtained by emailing info@pattayacoral.com.

Free Sale Policy

All tours, transfers, and hotels listed with Pattaya Coral are offered on a Free Sale basis. Most tours have no seat limit and can be booked up to 8 hours prior to departure via our customer service team or B2B portal. However, free sale tours may be closed by email notification before departure if required.

Hotel availability is subject to inventory and must be reconfirmed before booking.

Private Tours

All private tour pick-ups are arranged directly from the guest’s hotel. Hotels near airports (Suvarnabhumi & Don Mueang) are excluded from pick-up.

Tour Pick-Up Policy (Join Tours)

• Please be at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Late arrivals may result in cancellation with 100% charge.
• Driver delays of up to 15–45 minutes may occur due to traffic.
• Mobile vouchers or booking confirmations are accepted.
• Tour timings may vary due to weather or safety conditions.
• Pattaya Coral reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances.

FOC & Child Policy

• 1 FOC for group bookings of 15+ guests.
• Children aged 0–2: Free (no extra seat).
• Children aged 3–8: Charged 75% of adult rate.
• Children above 8 years: Charged as adults.

Cancellation Policy

• 3 days before excursion: No charge.
• 2 days before excursion: 50% charge.
• 1 day before excursion: 100% charge.
• Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded.

Mode of Transportation

• Sedan for 1–2 guests.
• 10-seater van for groups.
• Speedboats, cruises, or big boats for island tours as per booking.

Safety & Health Advisory

Pattaya Coral does not recommend certain activities for elderly guests, pregnant women, or individuals with medical conditions.

Additional Information

Tours operate daily. In case of cancellations, guests will be informed in advance. Tours are conducted in English; private tours in other languages are available upon request.

Tourist Scam Advisory

Guests are advised to avoid jet ski rentals during island tours due to common tourist scams.
